Mari is an art director and graphic designer from Tokyo, currently based in NYC. She enjoys creating unique and functional designs which push the limits of our perception of web design, and is passionate about pop culture and current social issues. Mari is Japanese and Arabic, and was raised in a few different countries, infusing a strong sense of cultural and social responsibility. Moving around so much, the only constant she had was her laptop and internet connection, which was the genesis of her love of the web.
